- Information You Give Us. We collect your email address as well as other information you directly give us on our Site or through the use of our services.

- Information About Use of Our Service by Consumer Users and Their End Users. If you are a consumer user of Tecton, Inc. and have subscribed to (including any non-productive evaluation/pilot use of) or licensed any of our services, we will collect certain analytics and operational data and information (including data and information regarding your access to or use of the services (e.g., performance statistics and usage data)) (“Analytics and Operational Data”) pertaining to content that is entered into, submitted to, uploaded to, or transmitted using the services by you, on your behalf, or by your end users and any information you submit in connection thereto (“Customer Content”) (i) for purposes of analyzing use of the services by you and your end users and (ii) to operate, maintain, and improve our services. In any use of the services, our engagement with and processing of Customer Content (other than Analytics and Operational Data) will occur solely on your cloud platform, and no such Customer Content (other than Analytics and Operational Data) will be stored or processed outside of such platform.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information as follows:
- We use your personal information to operate, maintain, and improve our sites, solutions, applications, products, technology, and services.
- We use your personal information to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
- We use your personal information to send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- We use your personal information to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners.

If you are a visitor from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Policy will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
We do not share the personal information of our customers (as defined by California Civil Code §1798.83) with other people or non-affiliated businesses for their direct marketing purposes.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, California residents have the right to request:
- the deletion of the personal information we have about them
- to know additional information about whether and how we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold personal information about them
- to know specific pieces of personal information we have about them
- that we opt them out of the “sale” of their personal information.
California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment if they exercise the rights list above.
REQUESTS FOR DELETION AND TO KNOW ABOUT INFORMATION COLLECTED
If you make a request for deletion of personal information or a request to know about personal information we have collected, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify the request and your jurisdiction before responding to it. The verification steps we take may differ depending on the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request.
California residents will be required to submit their first and last name and email address and may also be asked to provide their telephone number or address so that we can verify the request. Please provide as much of the requested information as possible to help us verify the request. We will only use the information received in a request for the purposes of responding to the request.
California law permits California residents to use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide proof of the California resident’s written permission (for example, a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for the California resident. An authorized agent must follow the process described below to make a request. We will additionally require the authorized agent to verify his/her own identity.

You may submit a request to opt out through an authorized agent. If you do so, we will follow the same verification procedures as described above for requests for deletion and requests to know about information collected.
CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY
We do not knowingly accept online personal information from children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 16 to become registered members of our sites or buy products and services on our sites. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under 16.
In the event that we ever decide to expand our intended site audience to include children under the age of 16, those specific web pages will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law (including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)), be clearly identified and provide an explicit privacy notice addressed to children under 16. In addition, we will provide an appropriate mechanism to obtain parental approval, allow parents to subsequently make changes to or request removal of their children’s personal information, and provide access to any other information as required by law.
